HWMI Chair Trucks

Our people are fully trained and experienced in all forms of cutting and welding. We have worked with all types of material and can meet all of our customers needs. We have some of the best craftsman in the industry. Many of our employees have over 50 years of experience in fabrication.

Huffman Welding & Machine Chair and Table Trucks are sturdy by design and built in Iowa by employee's with a great work ethic. Trucks can reduce damage and increase the life of your folding tables and chairs. All of our products are individually made with the utmost care to insure the best product on the market. All of the trucks are welded and assembled by professionals, boxed by hand, shipped in individual cartons, and use the best non-marring casters. Our trucks use formed 14 gauge steel and a 1" OD tubing on most of the trucks, with exceptions stated in descriptions. In stating capacity, we are using a 2" wide chair when folded and a 3" wide table when folded.

Standard Chair Truck

This model uses two swivel and two rigid 4" casters in the 5', 6', 7', and 8' models, with four swivel and two rigid 4" casters on the 8'A, 9', and 10' models. The handles are 37-5/8" from the floor with the adjustable handle (see note) being 30-5/8" from the floor. The chairs are stored upright.

Note: The adjustable handle is used only to keep the chairs from sliding.

Do not use the adjustable handle as a push handle.

Double Wide Under Stage

Chair Truck

This double wide truck will hold twice the amount of the standard and under stage models, if the chairs are stored upright. All double wide 5', 6', 7' and 8' models use three rigid and three swivel 4" casters with the 8', 9' and 10' models using three rigid and six swivel 4" casters. The handle is 37-5/8" from the floor with the adjustable handle (see note) being 30-3/4" from the floor.

Note: The adjustable handle is used only to keep the chairs from sliding.

Do not use the adjustable handle as a push handle.

Hanging Hat / Coat Chair Truck

This special truck is designed to do many jobs; you can hang coats or hats from it or store chairs. It uses two swivel and two rigid 4" casters. The Second model allows you to store chairs and coats above the chairs. It uses 5" casters, four swivel and two rigid.

Under Stage Chair Truck

This truck is designed for small areas and stores chairs laying flat. This model uses two swivel and two rigid 4" casters in the 5', 6', 7', and 8' models, with four swivel and two rigid 4" casters on the 8', 9', and 10' models. The handle is 22" from the floor for low storage areas. The adjustable handle (see note) is 21-7/8" from the floor.

Note: The adjustable handle is used only to keep the chairs from sliding.

Do not use the adjustable handle as a push handle.

The Dolly

This truck is designed for small areas and stores chairs laying flat. Please note that this truck does not have an adjustable handle to hold the chairs in place. Therefore, it is not advisable to overload this truck. This model uses two swivel and two rigid 4" casters.

Wide Under Stage Chair Truck

This model is much like the other under stage models only it is wider and protects the chairs better. The handles are 22-1/4" from the floor. The 8' model uses two swivel and two rigid 4" casters while the 10' model uses two rigid casters on the center brace and four swivel 4" casters on both ends. (See note regarding adjustable handle.)

Rectangular Table Truck

The standard rectangular table truck is designed to hold up to 12 tables in the 6' and 8' lengths. These tables are stacked flat, and because the handle is removable, it can be stored under stages out of the way. The 6' model uses four swivel 4" casters and the 8' model uses two rigid and four swivel 4" casters.

Round Table Truck

This truck will store nine to ten tables if stacked correctly. It is welded with 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 3/16" angle iron and has two 1-5/8" support tubes under the tables. The side rails are made of 1-5/16" tubing. Two swivel and two rigid 5" casters support the weight of the tables. The TR30-72-0 compares to the RTT except it has 4" swivel casters and 1" tubing for the racks and no center brace.

Double Wide Double Tier Chair Truck

This model will store four times the standard model chair truck of equal length if the chairs are stored upright. The 5' and 6' models use two swivel and two rigid 5" casters, with the 7' and 8' models using four swivel and two rigid 5" casters. This is a very good storage truck when height is not a factor.
